Carol Marsh
Carol Marsh has been active in Hoboken civic life for more than 20 years, as an activist, a City Council and Planning Board member, and now serving her second term as Councilwoman.
A former Vice President in technology at a global financial firm, Carol recently returned to school and earned her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
She is currently pursuing an MS in Library Science at Rutgers.
