Public Contracts
Each year the City of Hoboken goes to market to acquire goods and services. When such items exceed $36,000, an open bid process is followed. In these cases Request For Proposals (RFP’s) & Request For Quotes (RFQ’s) are advertised in multiple local papers for at least 10 days prior to such bids.
