Health Infrastructure Preparedness and Emergency Response

The Department of Health in conjunction with the Hoboken Office of Emergency Management will play a leading role in responding to any wide spread health emergency that may confront the City of Hoboken.

A paramount responsibility of this department is to conduct scheduled and ad hoc inspections of restaurants, housing units, and other facilities which may pose a public health nuisance. In addition to scheduled inspections we also investigate sites in response to complaints. If you have any questions or want to file a complaint, please call our office at (201) 420-2375.
