Municipal Parking Garages
The City of Hoboken has five municipal parking garages available for residents, visitors, and businesses who desire to park off-street:

Three garages (Garages “B”, “D”, and “G”) are located along Hudson Street close to Hoboken Terminal. A fourth garage (Midtown) is located adjacent to Hoboken University Medical Center. The fifth garage (Garden Street) is located between 9th and 10th Streets. Click here to download the application for the Garden Street garage. Parking in all of these garages is available to residents (and in some garages non-residents) on a monthly basis according to the chart below.

*Hoboken businesses with a valid Business parking permit may purchase discount coupons from the Utility to park at municipal garages for $5.00/12 hours.
Various monthly parking rates are defined as follows:
Resident Monthly: Residents may park their car in unreserved spaces of the garage 24/7 on a first come-first serve basis.
Resident Monthly Limited: Residents may park their car in unreserved spaces of the garage all hours except from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Residents are granted two days in which they can be in the garage during the 10:00 am to 4:00 pm period. If these are not used during month, they can “roll over” and be collected throughout the year for various purposes, such as leaving the car in the garage while on a vacation. Residents who exceed their allotment will be charged for each additional day at a rate of $10 per day upon exiting the garage.
Resident Senior: Senior residents may park their car in unreserved spaces of the garage 24/7 on a first come-first serve basis at a discounted senior rate.
Resident Monthly Reserved: Residents may park their car in a reserved space of the garage 24/7.
Business Monthly: Businesses may park their car in unreserved spaces of the garage 24/7 on a first come-first serve basis.
Business Monthly Reserved: Businesses may park their car in a reserved space of the garage 24/7.
Business Monthly Limited: Businesses may park their car in unreserved spaces of the garage all hours except from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am Monday through Friday. Businesses are granted two days in which they can be in the garage during the 6:00 pm to 7:00 am period. Businesses who exceed the two day per month allotment will be charged for each additional day at a rate of $10 per day upon exiting the garage.
Business Monthly HUMC: Hospital employees may park their car in unreserved spaces of the Midtown garage 24/7 (during working hours only) on a first come-first serve basis.
