Vehicle which are parked in violate of posted signs and local ordinances may be fined, booted, or towed.

Pay special attention to both the white residential and green 4-hour permit parking side of the street.

If you believe your vehicle has been towed, call the number above.

To retrieve your vehicle:

  1. Obtain your vehicle registration (Likely in your vehicle at the tow yard)
  2. Bring it the Police Station at 106 Hudson St. (201) 420-2100
  3. Obtain a release form and bring it back to the tow yard.
  4. Pay for the tow, and go!

Booted Vehicles

If you vehicle has been booted, follow the instructions on your window.

  1. Call 1-877-835-3658.
  2. Pay the fine over the phone.
  3. Enter the auto release code.
  4. Return the boot to the garage at 215 Hudson Street.
