The Southwest Redevelopment Plan is an ambitous, out-of-the-box solution to many complex Southwest issues. Based largely on public input, the plan offers many amentites to the Southwest that include a 4.0 acre park, affordable housing, circulation improvements, stormwater infrastructure improvements, green building, sensitive building design controls, and pedestrian amenities. The plan is slated to be reviewed at the April 3rd Hoboken Planning Board.
